Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to provide and improve Tim AI:

• Email address — used to create your account, verify your identity, and let you log in securely.
• Chat messages and media — anything you type, send, or upload (including photos) is stored so Tim can respond and continue conversations across your devices.
• User account ID — a unique identifier assigned to your account to manage your data, settings, and subscription status.
• Basic usage analytics — anonymized or aggregated data about how the app is used (for example, feature usage and error reports) to help us keep the service running smoothly.

You can create an account and sign in with your email address and a password, with Sign in with Apple, or with Sign in with Google.

• Sign in with Google — we request only Google's basic sign-in permissions (openid, email and profile). Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use your name and email address only to create your account, sign you in, and show your name in the app. We do not use your profile picture. Signing in with Google does not give Tim AI access to your Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Drive, or any other Google service.
• Sign in with Apple — Apple shares a unique Apple user ID, your email address (or a private relay address if you choose "Hide My Email"), and your name the first time you sign in. We use this only to create your account and sign you in. We also store a sign-in token from Apple so that we can revoke Tim AI's access to your Apple ID when you delete your account.

Information we receive from Apple or Google is used only for signing in and managing your account. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to track you. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use the information we collect for a few specific purposes:

• To provide the AI chat and task features you ask for.
• To manage your account, authenticate you, and keep your session secure.
• To improve the app, fix bugs, and monitor performance.
• To communicate important service updates, if needed.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your information to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Your data is stored securely through our backend infrastructure provider. We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. Access to production data is limited to what is necessary to operate and support the service.

Tim AI is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete the information.

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time. To make a request, contact us using the email address below. We will respond as promptly as we can.

You can delete your account and data from within the Tim AI app in Settings. You may also email us to request deletion. We will remove your personal data from our active systems, except where we are required to keep it for legal or security purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices.
