These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tim AI mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Tim AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Plus and Premium). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices shown in the app are provided by the App Store in your local currency and may vary by region. Apple may adjust prices from time to time in accordance with App Store policies.
You agree not to use the Service to break the law, harm others, or attempt to access parts of the system you are not authorized to reach. You are responsible for the content of your messages.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tim AI is an AI assistant and can make mistakes — do not rely on it for medical, legal, or financial advice.
